How do I claim the discount?

You will receive the discount when you confirm you are an ARAG customer.

How often can I use the service?

You can use this service as often as you need to. You will have access to ARAG Law’s discounted rates every time you use the service for as long as you hold your policy with us; this is not just a one-off introductory offer.

Does using this service count as a claim?

No, the business legal services, telephone helplines and online services available under your policy are offered to complement your insurance policy. Using them does not count as a claim or affect your insurance policy.

Why do you only cover England and Wales?

ARAG Law Limited is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority to practice law within England and Wales only.

What if I already have access to legal services via the ARAG Businesslaw website?

ARAG Businesslaw offers legal information and a document preparation service which allows users to easily complete standard template-driven documents. The legal services available via ARAG Law are all drafted on a bespoke basis, tailored to your exact circumstances.

Can you do other legal work for me?
