A lawyer will review your legal case

Your lawyer will now look over the details to decide how likely you are to win your case. This is called ‘reasonable prospects of success assessment’ and you need to have a 51% or better chance of winning your case in order to proceed.

Reaching a resolution

In our experience most cases reach a settlement without the need to go to employment tribunal with both sides reaching an agreement. Your lawyer will decide if the settlement is deemed to be “reasonable”. At no time must you access any settlement without seeking advice first from your lawyer.

We assess your claim

Our team will now get to work assessing your claim to see if you are covered. If you are covered we will send the details of your claim to our lawyers so that they can complete a legal assessment.

Work begins on your case

Your lawyer will manage your case from start to finish, provided that your prospects of success need to remain above 51%. Don’t worry, we will keep you informed throughout the process and work with you to decide what additional supporting information and evidence may be needed.
