In this edition of the RAG, we feature four articles and one video focusing on ARAG's exciting acquisition of DAS UK and explore the impact of two huge events we recently attended:
The spring is always a busy time for ARAG, but this year has been exceptional. We kicked off 2024 by completing the acquisition of DAS UK that was announced last year. The work to integrate our two businesses was already well underway, but the past few months have seen the various workstreams intensify and the final regulatory requirements ticked off.
I was both excited and honoured to be invited to participate in the ARAG Access to Justice Conference in Amsterdam. Our colleagues in the Netherlands brought together leading figures from the fields of technology and international justice with more than 200 business leaders from 19 countries, to explore the important theme of delivering universal access to justice.

This year’s BIBA Conference theme, “What’s Next?” couldn’t have been much more appropriate for ARAG as our expanded team descended on Manchester, in the middle of May. It’s now almost six months since ARAG’s acquisition of DAS UK was completed, but BIBA marked the first time that we have faced the market as one business.
The international ARAG Group has high ambitions for our future growth following the acquisition of DAS UK, and one of the most exciting prospects is the investment in technology that has been planned, to help us achieve those goals.
